One of our favorite Immune Supporting tricks are garlic shooters. You could have everything in your kitchen right now!
All you need is a small cup or shot glass, some lemon juice and water, a pinch of cayenne, and a fresh clove of garlic, or ¼-½ tsp of garlic powder if fresh is not readily available. Add 1 Tbsp of lemon juice, 1 Tbsp of water, and 1 pinch of cayenne to your shot glass. Quickly crush a fresh clove through a garlic press directly into your shot glass, stir, and take it down quickly. The longer it sits the spicier it gets! These shots are an easy and tasty option to kickstart the body’s natural immune responses.
