When himalayan salt, Redmond,Celticor other unprocessed salts are added to distilled water until the salt stops dissolving, the result is called sole(so-lay) water. The water reaches a state called “solution” which means that it can no longer bind to any more dissolved particles of salt and other minerals. Sole water can help to:
Restore essential electrolytes and other minerals which are necessary for generating the body’s bioelectric currents; these currents are vital for nerve function and energy production
Promote cardiovascular function and blood pressure balance
Encourage the breakdown and release of mineral and heavy metal deposits throughout the body
Support healthy pH balance and the natural cleansing processes of the body
A teaspoon of Sole water can be added to an 8-16 oz glass of water in the morning, on an empty stomach to get the system moving. Undiluted, the sole water can be used for tooth brushing, and/or as a mouthwash.
Making Sole Water
Recommended Supply List
Food-Grade Hydrogen Peroxide
Unprocessed Salt of Choice
Distilled water or spring water
Glass Jar with glass, rubber ring lid
Instructions
Sanitize the jar with food-grade hydrogen peroxide, and pour out the excess.
Pour the distilled or spring water into the glass jar.
Add the unprocessed salt of your choice to the water. The finer the grind the faster the salt dissolves. Continue to add salt a teaspoon or a few chunks at a time until the salt stops dissolving. Herbalist’s Tip: Use a spoon to stir the water; this helps the salt dissolve faster.
(Optional) Place the jar in a sunny place for a few hours to capture some of the sun’s energy.
Water and salt can be added indefinitely, as needed.
Herbalist’s Note: Sole water can corrode metal, which is why we recommend using a jar with a glass, rubber-ringed lid.
