Every morning starts with matcha and a little love! Here is the recipe to the perfect matcha latte I make for my wife every day. 🫶🍵
ICED MATCHA LATTE RECIPE
•4 grams of Matcha (or 2 teaspoons)
•7oz of milk of choice
•1/2 oz of agave, maple syrup,
or sweetner of choice
•Ice
INSTRUCTIONS
1. Sift 4g (or 2 tsp) of Matcha into a bowl
2. Add 1 1/2 oz of hot water (175-180°F).
3. Whisk in quick “M” or “W” motions for 20–30 seconds, until frothy and bubbly.
Set aside.
4. In a glass, combine 7 oz milk with ½ oz
sweetener. Mix well.
5. Fill the glass with ice, leaving about ½
inch of space at the top.
6. Pour the prepared Matcha over the milk and ice.
7. Stir gently — then sip and enjoy!
