Chill Cherry Gummy Bites

If you have trouble relaxing, then these Chill Cherry Gummy Bites are for you!


Ingredients:

  • 3 Cups of Tart Cherry Juice
  • 1 Cups Coconut Water
  • ½ Cup Beef Gelatin
  • ¼ Cup Sweetener of Choice
  • 1-2 Tbsp Chill Tincture


Instructions: 

  1. Bring 3 cups of tart cherry juice to a boil, covered, in a sauce pan.

  2. While the juice is heating, whisk together 1 cup of coconut water with the ½ beef gelatin (It should look like applesauce).  Let the coconut water and gelatin mixture rest for 3-5 mins to bloom.

  3. Once the juice has boiled, mix it, while hot, with the bloomed gelatin.

  4. Add ¼ cup sweetener of your choice, and stir until evenly combined.

  5. Mix in 1-2 Tbsp of Herbally Grounded Chill tincture to promote relaxation.

  6. Pour the mixture into a glass dish or get cute and use molds to make bite sized shapes!

  7. Set the dish or molds in the fridge to cool and set.

  8. Enjoy at your leisure!
