1 Fresh Rosemary Sprig, 1 Fresh Mint Sprig, and Ice to serve
Directions
Add 2 Tbsp of Spearmint and 1 tsp of Rosemary to 16 fl oz of coconut water and allow to cold infuse for 8 to 12 hours.
Strain the herbs from the cold infused coconut water, and pour the liquid into a blender.
Add the sliced cucumber, peeled limes, and honey into the blender. Blend the mixture until smooth and evenly combined. Do not strain!
Add ice to a glass and pour Maria’s Energizing Agua Fresca over the ice. Garnish with fresh rosemary and mint sprigs and enjoy immediately as the lime and cucumber fibers might become bitter with time.
