You know those Simple Syrups we just made?  Let's put them to the test and make some dye-free, herbal snow cones!

Supplies
Versatile Floral Simple Syrups
Crushed or Shaved Ice

Directions

1. Fill your shaved ice machine with ice. (If you do not have one, some refrigerators might have a crushed or shaved ice setting.  You could also add ice to a bag and crush it with a rolling pin or tenderizing hammer.)

2. Allow the machine to run until your cup or cone is full of shaved ice. (You may want to pack it in, as the syrups will begin to melt the ice when you pour them over the top.)

3. Pour your choice of syrup over the top or get crazy and use all three; the Blue Sky, Blushing Rose,and Golden Sunrise.

4. Garnish with your favorite toppings of choice, and enjoy!  We chose rose petals and a lemon slice.  Don’t forget to enjoy!
